Cold Water Lobster Tails

As the name suggests the various species are found in the cold waters of North America as well as New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa. Cold water lobster tails have a consistent tender, sweet meat and are easy to cook. Many chefs prefer these even though they are a tad pricier than warm water lobster tails. Cold water lobster tails are easy to prepare and can be served alone with warm butter or in pasta dishes. These tails are also great paired with a finely cooked HF's Outstanding steak.
